At checkout, you either enter your card details on a secure payment page or log in to your PayPal account. Payment information is transmitted using SSL encryption. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners, who have their own security and privacy practices.
All prices are charged in United States dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion fee. We do not control those fees and cannot reimburse them.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorized. If a payment fails, the order is not processed, and you see an error message at checkout. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us at info@burrowgift.com within 30 days.
We do not offer installment plans, subscriptions, or recurring billing at this time.
