We ship to the contiguous United States. Right now, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or international addresses. If an order comes in from outside our delivery area, we cancel it and refund the payment in full.
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. If an order is placed after 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday, processing begins on the next business day.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the package leaves our facility. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount, and no handling charge is added at checkout.
The carrier is selected based on the delivery address and the size of the package. The carrier name will appear in the tracking email sent once the shipping label is created. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting an order. We cannot redirect a package after it is in transit.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us at info@burrowgift.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.
