We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unused,
- in its original packaging,
- in the same condition in which it was received.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We treat these as quality issues and cover the return in full.
Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee.
To begin a return, email info@burrowgift.com with your order number and a short reason for the return. We reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Once the return arrives at our facility, we inspect the item and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. After processing, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement. PayPal refunds may post sooner.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
